Madalene is passionate about bringing fellow artists together to tell complicated stories that challenge perspective and are told out of truth and urgency, not expectation. Based in Chicago IL, she particularly loves telling stories through music and movement and finds way to incorporate both wherever possible.

Her most recent projects include making her directorial debut with a 1960s-inspired Lysistrata, directed and starred in short film Upward Turn, as well as performing as Elizabeth Bennet in Pride and Prejudice among others.
